SAAB is in a pretty desperate situation, however it seems there is something they could be doing, and just are not and thats looking at what makes other companies successful and mimicking it. Now is not the time to focus on cool small upgrades to the 9-3 here and there or special editions, now is the time to do what makes money and what makes money alone, special projects can be done once the heavy lifters do their job and SAAB is out of the red!
