4-car garage?? I am very jealous...!

The cost of a 2 car garage was not much cheaper due to a lot of costs to get permits, more than in most cities. I've seen houses where the 1 car garage is filled with things resulting in cars parked outside. This way, there will be room for storage, 2 cars, and possibly my current Saab 9-3, should it become a museum piece. Let's hope with continued production of new Saabs starting in December that there will be no need to keep it as a museum piece.
