New Gallery for image sharing and Saab Media archive

We want to share some exciting news about two new additions to SaabWorld: New Gallery image software and Saab Media Archive

SaabWorld Gallery

We recently installed new software for easy sharing and viewing of your images. We already have the SaabWorld Garage where you can upload images and details about any of the the Saabs you own. This new Gallery software takes Saab image sharing to the next level. You can share

More pictures of your Saabs
Events like club and local meets, Saab conventions
Rally and other motorsport events
Saab museums
Saab at auto shows

Any image related to Saab has a place in the SaabWorld Gallery. You can create your own albums and add your pictures to the main categories at the same time.

Saab Media archive

With the recent shutdown of the Saab Media websites, we thought these official Saab images should be preserved and made available for everyone to enjoy. The rich heritage of the brand and its images have been added to the SaabWorld Gallery. We downloaded many of the images from the Saab Media websites before they were shut down, collected images from press kits and searched our own archve of downloaded official Saab images through the years.

There currently are more than 1700 images in the Gallery. And we are still adding more when they become available. Do you have any Saab images to share that are not in the Gallery yet? We would love to add them so they will be preserved forever. Please send me a PM or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page on the site. You can also add them to your own member gallery and we can add them to the appropriate categories.

Images of concept and production Saabs are the main areas of image content in Saab Media. Motorsport, wallpapers and factories/production are other categories of interest.
