I read about this unique Saab 900 before and it is available for sale.This Pearl White Saab 900 Turbo T16 is an original pre-production model. It was registered on 30-12-83 and Saab confirmed it is an original pre-production 900. It originally had 249,000 kilometers on the odometer. The previous Swedish owner Dennis Hartman from Värmdö, Sweden is a Saab enthusiast and he traded it in for a Saab 99 rally.

It was purchased in Sweden in 2004 by one of the Dutch forum members. It changed hands a few times and it was restored and repainted in 2010. The work was done by Haaima Automobielen in the Netherlands, a well-know and respected Saab restoration company.
It is currently for sale for € 15,000. This seems like a very reasonable price for such a unique and pristine Saab 900 pre-production model. It really should be preserved in the Saab Museum in Trollhattan if they don't already have one of these.

Saab 900 Turbo 16v 5 speed manual in the ultra rare 'pearl white edition'. This car was produced in december 1983 and is one of the 24 pearl white prototypes which were predecessed by the later saab 900 aero editions (or T16s). (MY84-MY93)
The car has been fully restored and has currently only 256 kilometers on the gauge.
The engine has been thoroughly checked and was rebuilded afterwards. This engine job and furthermore the build up of this car has been done by Haaima Saab in Barneveld (well known Saab specialist in The Netherlands). Everything which needed replacement was replaced. Both the complete body and engine as well are now in pristine condition.
