How about starting with #3 ... and not just why they haven't been back, but what they think we can do different/better?

Great, let's do it. Does anyone have any thoughts for content of this email?

I'm basically with Scott here... ask what they think the site can improve on.

Well, I can always post some more tutorials. It's just a matter of hauling out the ol' digital camera and taking off a few wheels. I've got a couple in the works, as always.
I am always trying to fill in where other sites give half-assed information, and hoping that speaks for itself. The hazard with that is, if it goes too well, we will become a reference rather than a community.Ask me a question about your c900! I promise I either can answer it or know someone who can

I was thinking that a little bit. Look how many views some of the tutorials have compared to the number of posts actually in them. Most tutorials actually are very informative.
You nav install has over 14,000 views, and your oil pan drop has over 9,000... pretty impressive.Free SaabWorld Stickers

The thread about the nav install on SC is #3 in views on the 9-5 forum with 63K views. Fortunately, I never posted the actual tutorial there. But 14K views here is still pretty impressive.
