Please follow these guidelines so this will be a great quality resource for everything Saab.

For scanned articles or advetrisements, use jpg format with a size of about 800x1000 pixels. I usually resize pages to a width of 800 pixels and the length will be a little over 1000 pixels. Using the same width for all makes it all line up nicely while you won't notice any difference in height. Save them to a quality of about 80 - 85 %. This will keep most text readable while file size will remain reasonable at around 400 kB for each page. These are guidelines because all scanned articles and ads seems to differ from each other.

File size limits are:

.jpg, .jpeg: 500kB and 800 x 1200 pixels
.pdf: 3 MB

If you upload images larger than the maximum file or pixel size, the forum software will scale them down. Most of the time, it doesn't do a very good job though and will make images blurry. You get the best results when you upload them in the correct size.

Do not link to other sites. Please upload all images to SaabWorld so everything will be saved permanently forever. Nothing is more frustrating than broken links or missing material.

Use a good thread title so your threads will be picked up faster by the search engines. For example, instead of "2002 brochure", use "2002 Saab 9-5 brochure - United Kingdom".
