New member from Colorado
Hi all,
I've already posted a thread in the 9-5 board, but just now noticed this one, so I thought I'd more formally introduce myself. My name's Andrew, and I'm a new Saab owner from northern Colorado! I bought this '06 9-5 SportCombi with 182k miles about 3 weeks ago, and I'm getting more and more happy with it every day!

Mechanically, everything looks good other than just some regular wear parts, and the clearcoat is well and truly toast on most of the car, but other than those things, and some interior rattles, it's absolutely straight as an arrow!
This is my first Saab and first turbo car, but I have a bit of a background in cars having been a Subaru and Aircooled VW mechanic for about 4 years, so there's not much this car can do that really scares me. I'm really looking forward to getting to know both this car and the Saab community better, and I can't wait to see where it takes me!

Hello and welcome Andrew! And thanks for the introduction and pictures.
If you're planning on doing any work on the car yourself, first step is to download the WIS: http://saabworld.net/showthread.php?t=33310
And lots of tutorials on the site here: http://saabworld.net/forumdisplay.php?f=29
Good to see a 15-year young 9-5 with 180K miles still going strong.

Very nice. With your expertise, you can enjoy a fine car without fear. Others with no expertise can still do but they can be hesitant with a car that's not nearly new.
