Dashboard Indicator Light - Not sure what this one means, Pa gave me his 900
Hello there all who are likeminded about me in the regard to a classic car such as the Saab 900. I have just inherited a classic Saab 900 3 from my grandfather, my father's parents drove it and they were the only owners. It's a pretty nice one, I spent $750 on it because it needed new headlights, new wipers etc and speakers. I'm 28 and I have been driving small cars for ten years, I first had a Daewoo Lanos, then a Kia Rio, then a VW Polo TDi that I gave to a friends a short time ago. Now I have inherited a classic small car, a coupe. My first cars, however, were two commodores - one VS and one VY and both were UTES. Now I found that these were too powerful so I sold them both and after I painted one, the VS - $2,500 for a purchase, $6,300 for a sale. I made nearly $4,000 on the car.
I sold the VY at a $15,000 loss because I crashed it and I was still carrying P plates in the country of Australia, this being ten years ago I never worry about it all anymore but now that I have that off my chest but I considered it a vast lesson in economics to be a nineteen year old who lost $15,000. It sucked!
But anyway here is a picture of the dashboard of my Saab, I can add more pictures around the place later but I need to know what this orange indicator light might be telling someone. I can't get one of the headlights to work on the standard setting so I thought it might be indicating something regarding this, but both headlights work on the HIGH-BEAM setting and there are only single globes in each headlight. You must know that, but if anyone can help that would be great.

My questions are,
What is the indicator light saying? What does it represent?
And,
How can I fix the headlight? Is it just a standard headlight fuse?
Cheers,
Jesse
