Symptoms
when cold starting the car cranks for 3 or 4 seconds before firing. When it fires it runs rough for 10 seconds and produces white smoke at the tailpipe. After 10 seconds the car runs fine and if shut off and restarted it starts fine.
I am leaning towards a bad fuel injector that leaks down after a while and empties its fuel and perhaps the fuel in the rail into a cylinder. The plugs look ok and all the same.
Any ideas?
