Night Panel theme

Here is a dark theme for SaabWorld. After I have been looking at a computer screen all day, a dark theme is easier on the eyes, especially in darker rooms. The theme is inspired by the white and green dash lights of the newer Saabs.

To change themes, there is a drop-down at the bottom of every page.

ohhhh I like this. I will try this out at home methinks. It's like the going stealth mode.
