Not like Oreo cookies, but Oh-Rio, as in surprise (Oh!) and Rio de Janiero.
So sad. The newest Saabs in the U.S., with possible rare exceptions, is 2011 or almost 7 years old. I still see classic 900's, NG 900's, and 9-3's. I see few 9-5's or 9000's and haven't seen a 9-4X, 9-7X or NG 9-5 in a while. Of course, very rarely see Saab 96 or 99s.
My pronunciation was corrected by the marketing director of "O-rio"at SOC 2015. He was at the saabsite table (Orio just bought it). He quickly told me it was not a cookie! [emoji16]

Not really related except to parts. When I was shopping for a classic 900 many years ago, the salesman said Saabs were better than Volvos because they used thicker steel. What I noticed is that modern cars now have thinner steel. You can tap on the sheetmetal and it gives more. Furthermore, body side moldings are no longer fashionable and most cars don't have them.
I got a small dent in my current car and a paintless dent repair man said on his own that the steel used is thinner than before.
