If I recall the O2 sensor on my 2001 9-5 2.3T is right around the CPS plug. you can get at it from above or below. I chose below because it was 'easier'.

Are there security system issues with swapping radios? perhaps you need a tech 2 to "bless it". I don't think any soldering is involved if it is a straight swap. -
