Could anyone tell me if I can drill a frozen ignition lock and still have a functional vehicle? I have exhausted all lubrication options to no avail.

Frozen ignition lock
Have tried graphite lube and jiggledy - pokey for days now.No luck.Can I drill the lock and still have a running vehicle?
