Thanks for this GeoffR, i have a copy of WIS (from op) but link doesn't show torque setting for this, all it says is " 16742" as in my first post all i can find is torque setting for the 9-5.

This came in handy, as my Timing belt jumped and luckily from what we can see no rockers/valve broken or bent. However my Crankshaft Gear center bolt got jammed and we had to grind it off, got new...
