Don't think he has. I'll guesstimate the thickness next time I have the 900 in my workshop. It's not very thick.

Got it second hand off Saabmatt when he upgraded his clutch.

Almost identical to what I did. Even with a drill press, you need to be real careful, it's easy to let the holes go off centre. I drilled 8mm holes, depth similar.

Yes - definitely works. I made some mistakes, I rushed it and got some of the holes not equidistant, I have a spare flywheel, I plan to re-do it at some point. But it definitely ran, and ran well.
