Like I said , I used a TAP 22 X 1.5 to clean the thread . I used it all the way in and out , till it went smooth . Then I used engine Oil for the inside of the thread . Make sure ure tensioner's...

Then still the tensioner won't fit . Like i've Said , i had the same problem . You can do it 30 times without having a problem . The threads are dirty , you need a thread chaser . :)

There was 1 exhaust bolt loose ! A bit retorquing that bolt fixed the problem Right away !

I took it out for inspection . There was also a small Leak . Leak came from tensioner . It was almost at Max . 25.000 Miles ago (2years) i bought a complete set , ready to install by my Saab dealer....
