I dont think I can pull it any harder, as I think the dash will come away from the body.

I almost pulled the dash apart trying. I am not sure if theres a check strap on the rear. But it will not come out. I have removed the cup holder and display screen above it and still no luck.

Thats would make sense, but I can not get the radio out. I will see if I can get to it via the glove box tomorrow.

Well still on going, still cannot get the stereo out.

But on another not it works some times!!

When it is not working if you slam the drivers door it starts to work.

Anyone got any help??

Thanks Dave, but none of them help. I just need to get the stereo out. I think there might be a "check strap" on the rear to stop people nicking it. As mine is a soft top. But I will have another...

I am trying to get the radio out of my 9-3 year 2000. I can get it out about 50mm and then it seems stuck. I have tried everything I can think of, am I missing something?
