    I can tell you I have installed this on 2 Windows 10 computers and it worked perfectly both times. It may be something in your display settings?

    Check the drain pipe on the bottom of the turbo...

    Check the drain pipe on the bottom of the turbo back to the oil pan. A leak there tends to drip onto the exhaust pipe.
