Yes I was on SAAB tech advisory team, awarded Tech2 after my year. Had plenty of problems with '03 and early '04 conv. T8 ecu's. Now have my own Saab indy shop on Long Island.

Hose splits next to tank, Just cut 3/4inch off and refit. Can replace with hose from NG 9-5.

Had the same problem, can add but cannot SPS update. Had to buy ecu from identical car and just ADD to replace bad T8 ecu.

Needs rebuilt hyd cylinder, have replaced 3, all 2004. Call me 516-244-3277, Calverton, NY.

Have 08 2.8 Aero conv and 06 2.8 sportcombi. Best cars to drive. Only engine concerns have been coils. Center rear gets too hot, plugs last over 100K.

When top bolt is removed, the seal between cover and pump body leaks. Remove and reseal with high temp silicone. Use new seal between pump and engine. Have repaired 5+.

Small screwdriver,opposite sides and pop it off.

Have repaired about 20 of these relays by resoldering all of the connections as shown above, they can be cracked even though the cracks cannot be seen.

Use a combination of 3M for the sanding and Sylvania (from Amazon). The sylvania has has a spray to prepare for the final UV coating that others lack. Your headlights will look like new except for...
