Can someone tell me where is the location of the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Control Unit on a 08 9-5 ?

Is this sleeve needed for reuse on the new shock ? I don't remember this sleeve when I did the shocks 5 years ago.

Actually, I had that backwards.... There is a shield on the passenger side, covering the belt,etc. but not on the drivers side, just the retaining nuts in the identical mounting spots. Strange the...

I was under the 9-5 this last weekend changing the transmission fluid and noticed There was a large black molded plastic shield of sorts on the drivers side...
