Fan Speed Controller replaced, problem solved. Sensor not the easiest to get at. Recommend removing the gas pedal.

Well.......now it's on to the Fan Speed Controller as the new motor is doing the same thing. Spare motor to the garage. :-)

Based on the overwhelming response, I have ordered a new blower motor .

For the past week when the ACC is in the LO (MAX) mode and all of the bars are showing on the screen the blower seems to be blowing at about half of that.

Run your cassette adapter through the dock connector ("line out") versus the headphone jack. Huge difference!
