Hi..the plastic washer container neck is a pull out/push back item designed so that you can get to the bulb housing more easily. Just give it a good tug and it should come away easily.

Saab have just issued another firmware update...
Saab have just issued another firmware update (e800) which from early reports works to correct all these issues - it came on a stick and is really straightforward. It doesn't effect the saab logo....
