You can't tell from the VIN but there should be 2-letter codes on the VIN plate. There are some threads explaining the different codes with rotor sizes.

It may be easier to just take the wheels...

I agree with Dave. It's probably better to sanitize your hands before you get into your vehicle than using alcohol based disinfectants on leather and plastics.
