Is the white smoke, smoke or steam?

If it’s steam there could be coolant in the intercooler.

P1300 is indicative of a random misfire.

Yes could be a vacuum leak. Can you check for any error codes?

Code means; "Long term fuel trim additive. Max Value, Air/Fuel too Lean."

Sounds like a VACUUM LEAK or related. MAF or O2 could also be "going" bad.

Have you got ngk spark plugs fitted?

Saab’s need the correct spark plugs if the wrong spark plugs are fitted the ecu might be detecting a lot of knocks and it will stop the engine from running.

It’s an outside temperature sensor. Is the temperature showing up on your sid display?

Also there is a resistor pack that controls the fan speed which is prone for playing up.

Have you checked the sensor in the front grill?
