OOPS - will get a nice picture up in a couple of days (or less)
Actually - my first thought was it for the "believe" Honda ad? but that was too off the wall!

And the answer is :
Bridge Slauerhoffbrug, Netherlands, 2000
Where: River Harlinger, Leeuwarden, The Netherlands
Type: lift on a moving farm road
Length: 15 m
Extremely strange bridge, remotely from a distance looked like a giant excavator, named in memory who was born in Leeuwarden Dutch poet and novelist Ian Slauerhofa XX century.

My first thought was that the river resembled the Seine, judging from the bridge and embankment. Looking to see if that is correct, I am fairly sure that it is.
Paris.

Where is the round building? What is it?
Looks like what a modern parliament building might look like but it's not.

Architecture of the older surrounding buildings look like Paris. That big boat looks like one of those from Bateaux Mouches. And that building looks strangely familiar after thinking about something like that in Paris.
So.... that brought me to the Radio France building in Paris.

I visited this place a long time ago while this region was still part of another country before it declared independence. Bonus tip: part of the name of that former country was also a car brand.
