    Headlight washers not working

They haven't worked since I bought the car in the beginning of this year. Any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem? Could it be as easy (or difficult) as a blocked hose?

I had a blocked valve/splitter that stopped mine from working. I cleared it out with a safety pin, which wasn't a good choice because now when I fill up reservoir they weep until it gets below some unknown point. So I'd say check the valves first (which can be tricky... in the 900/9-3, you have to raise the car and remove a wheel and the wheel well lining.)

The line from the fluid container to the washers seems pretty short so that makes it easier to troubleshoot. The headlamp washers have their own pump so that could be faulty as well. I checked the fuse for this pump and that was fine. I think you can get to the bottom of the fluid contained from underneath the car. I should have done this in summer to avoid laying on a cold garage floor.

I added all the information about the wash/wipe system from the WIS to the tutorial section to get a better understanding of how the system works.

They tend to get "kaputt" with very cold weather. And probably with the heat too you know, contract and expand. Extreme weather like the one there´s in Michigan (I know of it as I´ve been there already in winter and sommer). Scrapyard, internet, etc best solution.

    to test the washer headlamp:
    steps,
-fill up the water reservoir, (check if the water drain to the garage ground; in this case pipe and hose loose)
-turn on the lights in a dark garage and then,
    -activate the arm switch washer,
you can see a cloud spayed water (look like came from the engine front).

    if not function,
    -disconnect connector
    - pull up the motor (see picture) with a screw driver.
(there is a plastic strap to joint the motor to the tank) water come out....
clean the tank water reservoir and rubber filter. assembled again adding water and try.

water pollution stuck in the filter avoid the water out

They work again. Perhaps there was a blockage somewhere or maybe I wasn't using the windshield washer long enough. I usually just mist the windscreen with a few short bursts.
