My guess would be a bad bearing in a pulley.

For the 2009 model year, Saab specifies to change the drive belt every 140K miles.. No kidding! I think the norm is change at around 60K miles so start with that as jlrdrony suggested.
It could also be a pulley as Shazam mentioned. I don't think MY07 had the center pulley so my best guess would be to replace the tensioner pulley if a new belt doesn't make any difference.

Hello everybody, thanks for replies! Today i took my 9-5 to mechanic, he's got long metal peace and told me to start engine.
He listened every single piece related to serpentine belt, and he said that the noise was coming out from power steering pump,(with bad bearing).
Now i don't know if i need to buy whole P.S.PUMP or just bearing!? (i forgot to ask him).

You could attempt a Power steering fluid flush - sometimes this will quiet the bearings down. They take a specific CFH Synthetic Fluid and it does get dirty and can cause problems. This is also a good thing to service @ the 60K mark.

It isn't to common to hear about a power steering pump going bad, so if it was me I would get a second opinion.
