95 aero odd sound from gearbox when canging the gear...at gearbox

sometimes, when accelerating i hear strange sound from gearbox while it changing gears...the sound is like when tyre sliding on tarmac...that is not happening always, just sometimes.
If anyone got a same problem, please tell me.

first of all, sorry for my bad english..
I drive 9-5 aero from 2004., 2.3turbo, with automatic gearbox, 101 000km
I am not sure about the fluid, I am driving this car only one month and a man who sold me car is out of country and I can't reach him...
