Question Any idea how to get a quick reply from SAAB headquarters for a request of the COC

I have applied for a COC (certificate of conformance) for my SAAB car in Italy via SAAB agency about 3 month ago and till now nothing was received (just stories and excuses from the agency). Does anyone have any idea how to get a quick reply from SAAB headquarters for this type of SAAB service? I mean a phone number or Email of this technical department at SAAB headquarters - Sweden
    Thank you.

This is the general phone number for Saab in Sweden. Perhaps they can refer you tot he correct department.

    Address: Saabvägen 1, Trollhättan, 461 80 Sweden
    Telephone No.: +46 520 850 00
    Fax No.: +46 520 849 24

They have a contact form on their global site but that may take a little longer to get a reply.

Did you have any luck with this? Just curious, what is this COC used for?

I could reach SAAB Headquarters - customer support (via Wulf's help) but they told me to approach SAAB Italy again. Now some miracle happened - the next morning SAAB Italy was calling telling me the COC has arrived after 3 months !!! so that I got it eventually. My guess is that SAAB Italy got some kick in ... and this pushed to get it on the next day.
The COC is the car's technical spec that is required if you export the car for instance and the new authority needs it for certifying the car in the new country.

I thank all of you for the help and share with you my experience on this matter.

    Chao all
