I like the latest "happy face" styling. The 2003-07 models were neutral and 2008-11 a bit angry/mean looking. This newest version is more neutral/happy looking with a bit of a smirk.

This looks like an improvement. It would be nice to have 1-2 pictures of the last version of 9-3 (pre-Griffin) for comparison. Is the front grille the same or slightly different shaped?
