What model year was this for and what model? 9-3 and 9-5? 2010 or 2011 model year?

And... lol @ Chrysler. They should just give up.

Weren't they almost at the bottom a few years ago? That's some pretty good progress.

Lincoln at #1 and Jaguar at #3? Wow, didn't expect that.

Weird, I just read a magazine (Smart Purchase, or smart buyer... smart something) and it rated the Jaguar XF the WORST in reliability, and the overall Jaguar brand was 3rd from the bottom of their 20 or so car brands... Saab wasn't part of their test/sample/research. Also, Mercedes was a bit lower and Kia was like 2nd place, but other than that, it seemed about the same.

Yes they share... on the other hand, LR has adjustable suspensions and crazy computer systems for their off-road software. AFAIK, most of their problems are from electrical meltdowns.

    Cool get your ya ya's

I don't know about you folks but when I got the JD Power call it was like before the first service and I believe only a month of ownership had transpired.

I look at these as rah-rah bull puckey.

The Volvo salesman called the house a few times in the following weeks asking "whad' ja' say".

God, I stopped by the dealership and (construction debris), got a nail. He called a few minutes after I got home and found the flat. I told him if he wanted a good rating to get out here and change the tire. He did.
