All depends on the condition and how much rust... but if I had $700, and didn't already have a project car, I'd be buying it right up... although I do like the older notch-backs a tad better.

I could get it for less. There is also a notchback in similar condition. I have several projects myself. Will post some pics tomorrow.

The notch back is a 2 door and a former pro rally car with a 16V installed.

Ooof, those look rough. You could certainly get that 99t for less than $700.

I would say free. The owner is up against a township ordinance. It would be a frame up.
The engine bay actually looks pretty good. Interior is all there, but in rough shape.
Who knows about the underneath?
Do not know if I have a project like that in me.

I wouldn't hesitate to pay $700 for that, it doesn't look that bad off. (From here anyway.)
