Here in the 603, it's still winter! At the risk of reposting, this is probably my favorite photo of all time. Sitting on Mt. Washington Cog Railway:

Pictures from a few weeks ago. I grew up in this part of the Netherlands and never really thought about it as a very special place. But after living in the US for 15 years and returning for a short stay, it really looks a lot different now for me.

Sometimes I am thinking of moving back, buying an old farm house that looks out over the flower fields. The house should have a big barn to work on and store many Saabs. I envision puttering around in a two-stroker through landscapes with flower fields, windmills, dikes and canals.

I miss Denmark sometimes. Though it's nowhere near as picturesque as Holland, it's beauty lies more in its starkness. I've got to see if I can find my pictures of our vacation to northern Denmark in 06.

Denmark is a real nice place. I toured the country for a few days several years ago. The northern European countries are so close to each other but each has its own landscapes and architecture.

nothing so good as remembering the good times...... your living experiences in Holland.. it is one of the most beautiful countries in the places I have visited. See my pictures long time ago. sorry for the quality.. long time ago...

I love the traditional small villages in Holland...... also nice people
