Ahh, thanks for the drawing. You're going to bolt it on? I know that some have had difficulty with the bolt-on approach, due to thickness of the flywheel. You might need to have some meat machined off the back. I was just going to get it cut into the back of a flywheel, if I could find a machinist with that capability.

But if you're getting a laser cutter to do one, I would be game for doubling your order and maybe we could save some money!
Ask me a question about your c900! I promise I either can answer it or know someone who can

    Heart Attack!

Called a motor shop in Williamsport, Pa to see if they could hot tank the block and give the head a quick look.
They said they would only do a full rebuild with new parts and it would cost $5000, I fell out of my chair.

Gonna push one of the low compression pistons out later to day and have a look. Who sells plus one piston rings?

Wow! pulled the pistons and found the issue with the blow by. #1 had it's skirt blown off. All 4 has very gunked up oil rings.

Bore looks OK. Where can I get a piston 1 over that is not $400?

I sourced some 0.5mm over in the US a couple of years ago for $400 the set of 4. Do some searches.

The only thing I've been able to find is oversized forged pistons. 699 British pounds for a set.

I have been looking. Can't find it. It was definitely cheaper to buy in US and ship over than buying here. A lot cheaper. I might come across the box so I will keep looking
