    Colors for my Valve cover

I was thinking about painting my valve cover. Im leaning toward the Merlot red and gold theme. Just not sure where I want the colors. Here are some ideas.

I like red with gold in the middle the best, at first glance. My valve cover is slowly losing all its original black paint, except where the 25-year-old factory bar code sticker is
Ask me a question about your c900! I promise I either can answer it or know someone who can

First option looks a bit like the Spanish flag so, why not blue and gold?.

Not really a fan of the red/yellow combo... reminds me of McDonalds.

I think it may work with the color combination of the exterior and wheels. My choice would be #1 or skip the gold and just make it all red. Do you have any other engine bay modifications?

I was thinking that, but then I think it'd need to be a darker red, and more of a gold rather than a yellow....

Oops, didn't read the first post... that's what you are going for. I'd go with red valve and yellow DIC.

The only other engine mod that you can see is the intake and filter. Nothing else that really has color. I was thinking maybe a checkered pattern, But that may be too Dub-ish. My car is dirty and its cloudy in the pic above.

This is the car on a sunny day, looked better with 5% tint

    and here is another idear
