I want a Citroen!
I am not really into French cars and they don't even sell them in the US. But my attention turned to the Citroen C3 with its huge with the huge windscreen. I think something like that would be a great feature on a Saab as well. And would really give some credibility to their aircraft heritage. It almost wants me make to import a C3 to the US.

However, it probably is not good for encounters with moose.

It makes it a little awkward looking, but what a great idea. Would help with those poorly place stop lights when you have to lean to see when it turns green, and it would be awesome on a nice day... might get annoying if the sun is dead ahead though.

There is a color fade in the top part that blocks some sun light. And there is a sliding blind part in the ceiling that can slide forward so it becomes like the roof/ceiling of a regular car.

I am not into French cars either, but were I to get one "supermini", I would go after this one even though it does not sport the pan windscreen:

The one supermini that I want is already on it's way over here
And supposedly it's going to be better than the UK-spec Abarth

A long time ago my boss gave me the keys to a new company car. Whoo whee. An AMC Pacer!
At first I was put off but for around town that greenhouse was quite nice.

Regards to the Citroen thing........ New ones erm... I'd have the Grand Picasso it has the same screen as on the C3 in the pic. DS3 very nice looking inside and out. I nearly bought a C5 but was warned against them. I owned 2 Citroen Xantia's. They have a sticker on the body stating that the Xantia can not by law used or sold in the USA. It does have hydro suspension so you can alter the ride height of the car. Low Rider or on stilts, great for changing a wheel. Just don't drive over 20mph of it bounces everywhere. The big downfall to this is that the brakes, steering and suspension all share the same system.!!. The Vauxhall (Saturn/Opel) Astra 3dr had an option for a bigger screen going into the roofline. Not seen it on a Astra on the road though..
More things change. The more they stay the same.
