I filled up my 9-5 for US$ 94 in Canada today. I was running on fumes so it took 16.5 gallons but US$ 5.73 per gallon is pretty pricy! But who knew the Canadian dollar would be worth more than the US dollar..
I can't wait to fill up with cheap gas at $4 per gallon in the US tomorrow.

Wow!! You should come to Jersey, where the gas is $3.52 or so per gallon. Jeebus, that is expensive essence there in Canadia.
Ask me a question about your c900! I promise I either can answer it or know someone who can

That was for premium at CA$1.46 per liter in northern Ontario. It was a bit less expensive in Winnipeg and regular was about CA$ 1.15 per liter = US$4.50 per gallon. Premium was US$ 5.09 per gallon in Winnipeg. That's a $0.60 difference between regular and premium compared to about $0.20 where I live in the US.

I miss the days when 1 US$ was 0.80 CA$.

My uncle treated me to a full tank of premium for driving him around today. I had about a quarter of a tank and at $3.99 it was $53.

Filled up the other day at AUD$1.60 a litre for BP Ultimate 98RON… which on today's exchange rate works out to be about US$6.77 a gallon. Don't understand the whinging on petrol prices in the US! Be fuggin thankful you only pay $4 a gallon!

You have to understand that it's been less than a decade since our gas prices were a little over $1 a gallon. Yes, you guys in Oz and the EU pay more than us, most of that price difference is tax, but your prices haven't risen as fast as ours have. I don;t really bitch about gas prices because I lived in Europe, I only bitch when gas goes up 20 cents a gallon over the course of a 4 hours.
And it's a real slap in the face every time one of the oil companies announces record profits at our expense. If they're making record profits, they are charging more than they have to.
