    Fog lights - HID?

    OK, here's the scoop.

I ordered a bunch of lights from DDM tuning.

Replacement headlights (D1S - $50 a pair, 5000K), LED bulbs to replace others around the car, and what I thought were H8 replacement bulbs.
Turns out I ordered HID replacement bulbs ... for someone who has already done the HID upgrade.
Well, they got it wrong as well and send me the complete HID upgrade kit!

Having done a couple of headlight upgrades at Aktive, I have a pretty good idea how they work.
The concern I have in this case is that I have to alter the foglight assembly (drill a big hole in the back of it) to fit the new bulb and rubber gromet.
I don't want to do this.

I have ordered H8 bulbs from Hoen ... I've had them before and they are very good, as close to HID as you can get without going that far.

But, I still have this HID upgrade kit ...

    Thoughts/suggestions?

Sell them? I personally wouldn't think that fog lights are worth the work of drilling and all that just so they are xenon.

I have since been told that they bulb is a direct fit.
Something I will have to confirm.
If that is the case, then it is a matter of wiring them up (which can be a pain).
