Show your Saab 9-5 dash

I've always liked the styling of the pre-06 dash even though it's been around forever. And I especially like the illumination at night. The green/orange color combination is very unique and works well at night. But then I've never been a fan of lights being all the same color along a dashboard.

As follow-up to my first interior shot, I was lucky enough to find the rare accessory Sport Leather/Carbon Fibre steering wheel (part number 0286369) at SOC. The picture doesn't do it justice, between thelighting/camera flash and the resin coating of the c/f.

The same seller that is offering the custom palisander dash also offers a custom steering wheel matching the dark dash. Me want! EUR 590 is a bit high but also has different leather.

Mine is a '00 9-5 Aero with the plain jane grey dash, perforated steering wheel and ventilated beige seats. I'd like to do a carbon dash but don't want to do a cheap one.

No pic,03 areo sliver, gray seats. cosmic blue paint. all stock. You guys keep your cars nice! Big Up to you all! I have seen many rolling trash cans, sad.

The aluminum look for the 2006 dash has 2 storage shelfs rather than 1 + ashtray like mine. Do you think that same part will fit in my car? Don't smoke and don't use ashtrays and mine's a little broken. It gets stuck sometimes. Planning to chuck it and get a double storage shelf. Also, would you know the part #?

For the 2006+ models, the black interior with the tektite dash would be my favorite. That looks just right.

My Dad's 2007 UK 9-5 Vector Sport 1.9 TiD saloon. Even though all of us on here know our Saabs well, I can honestly say that sitting in the seat of the 9-5 is one of the most comfortable places in the world to be. The engineers clearly took time and care when designing this car and indeed it shows. There are many fans and owners here in the UK!
