Window tint
I am thinking of getting the rear side and back window done in my 9-5 wagon. Does anyone have any pictures to share of their tint with % number?
I don't want it too dark but it should look good, provide some privacy and block sunlight.
Any certain brands or questions to ask at the tint place?

I don't have pictures any more but I had 27% (lowest "legal" percent in CO) on my old Impala and it was pretty much the best I could have asked for, especially being free
The only advice I can really give is don't just look at their tint samples in the showroom (or whatever). See if you can take them outside and see just what color they are in sunlight. Charcoals are best, watch out for the brown tints (they look ever so slightly brown inside, but are turbobrown after being installed). Personal opinion - mirrored is nasty

This is my brothers car, he got 30% all around (or is it 70%?). It's whatever is the darker one... I can never remember if it's how much light does or doesn't get through. I used to have that on my 900, but now I've got 50% front and 30% (70%?) rear. I'll snap a picture tomorrow of it.

My 9-3 came with tint from the dealer so I don't know the %. It was a bit too dark and sometimes difficult to see out through at night. Sure looked good on the back window.

I never got it done but still on my list to have it done some day. But I have been thinking that for a few years now so don't wait for it. Curious to see how it will look on yours.
