Member info on top or left (postbit)

This is usually a standard forum setting where you globally set the option of displaying the member info on top or on the left in the posts. I wanted to have that choice to switch back and forth and it is now a user selectable option after a little bit of coding.

In your General Settings under Thread Display Options, there is a new setting for the location of this information.

The default is set to Top like it was before.

Some like the member info on the left because it makes it easier to follow the flow of the thread without skipping over the member info. Others like the info on top of each post because it makes the thread more compact if you have short posts so there is not so much white space. Whatever you like, it's your choice now.

I still need to make some adjustments to the new Modern design as it doesn't display all the custom fields and the right format in the Info on Left setting.
