Fuel Rail Valve / Nozzle Cap

The cap from my Fuel Rail Valve or Nozzle is missing and has been missing since I purchased the car. It's the valve that you would put a fuel pressure gauge on if you were to check your fuel pressure.
I need to know what the diameter of that cap is, so I can find a replacement. I tried my local Saab parts department, but the cap is not sold as an individual part and it's not the same size
as a tire valve stem, it's quite a bit larger. Has anyone out there had to buy one of these?
