    1. [FONT=Verdana]After driving two or three trips of maybe twenty miles each, one morning on start up the CEL is rosy red. My gas gage indicated that the petro was low so I opted to refill the tank, just in case the absence of fuel created a vaccum of a lack thereof. I drove home, five miles, CEL still rosy red. I have not had an opportunity to get the code read as of yet.

      Any ideas?

    Thank you Frank Wufers

Next time you're going to California, Swing by Vegas. Be happy to point out a couple of places you and your family will enjoy.Fix-it

My last time in Vegas was when I drove my 2006 9-5 SportCombi from SoCal to Michigan. I enjoy the city but can only stand it for a few days at most. The roads into the desert are much more alluring when the city lights, people and glamour start to wear on me after a while.

There is something about the open, quiet and peaceful desert. The 9-4X needs a good road trip next summer so who knows...

There's Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, Lake Meade,Black Water River Run, Valley of Fire, the pig farm in North Las Vegas and a lot of other great places.

Now that I took a second look at your photo, it appears to have been taken in Southern Nevada.

It was somewhere between Vegas and Rachel, NV. Death Valley is another inhospitable place I like visiting. Perhaps I should move back to the SouthWest.

I don't know if you can take it.

    In Michigan, 2 & 1/2 months A/C, 5 months rain & snow.

Southern Nevada, 2&1/2 to 3 months A/C, 9 months nice weather. Did you ever hear of anyone having a heart attack from shoveling sand?
