You can add the Central Garage Automuseum in Bad Homburg (suburb of Frankfurt) to the list: Startseite - CENTRAL GARAGE. I am going there this weekend, it's the monthly meeting of the Saab Club Rhein Main. The museum is located on the site of a former Opel dealership.

I visited Classic Remise in Berlin yesterday. Not a museum in the traditional sense but a great place to visit for anything related to cars.
