Dim Headlamps, stereo issue and fuel mileage

I located a fromer SAAB dealer/current mechanic shop in KC (George's Imports). They pretty quickly diagnosed the issue. Whoever installed the lamps did not know what they were doing. The lamps were not seated/installed propoerly in the housing. Some tabs and things were beat up, but all is good now.

Next up: 60K service and figure out this radio thing.

I had exactly the same with my 2006 9-5. The dealer replaced one Xenon bulb and it also wasn't seated properly, resulting in very poor light output.
