Finished the AVIC install on my 9-5, now working on my Aero wheels on the '91 SE Convertible:

Pioneer AVIC install on the 9-5 is done, so I moved on -- or rather, returned to the Aero wheel restoration I had started last November:
Before (note chunk taken out on the edge of one spoke):
Chunk filled, sanded with 400 grit paper:
Hard to see here, but masked with clear/transparent scotch tape to get the fine line, and further masked with blue tape:
Fully masked and a coat of "Ford Medium Charcoal Metalic" layed down:
Test painted one wheel first. Before color on the left, after on the right:
Curb rash:
After some dremel work:
Catching the other three wheels up to the first:
DuPont clear lacquer -- some seriously nasty stuff. Wear a breather and goggles!

I also would like to restore mine, but there are some impacts on the blank outer borders.
do you have an idea to repair this as well as possible?
