Car doesn't start and the turn signal indicators in gauge cluster don't work.
I previously had a problem with my ECU. I replaced that. The car cranks and cranks, but doesn't start. Two times out of maybe 20 tries, it almost started, but it died after a few seconds. My OBD scanner does not communicate with the ECU.
I've seen several situations on the forums where this means there is a bad module in the electrical system. One guy, his reverse parking sensor module was bad, and in my car, the gauge cluster wiring caused my car not to start in a previous occasion and was repaired by a Saab dealer.
One thing I noticed about 5-10 minutes before shutting off my car for the last time [when it ran], I noticed that the turn signal indicator arrows in the gauge cluster did not work. The turn signals on the body of the car worked, just not in the cluster. I also noticed the cluster did not dim when using the scroll wheel. Also sometimes the clicker in the dash doesn't not click uniformly when I turn on the turn signal or the hazards.
I have a feeling this is what's causing my car not to start. Would it be the DICE that went bad? Everything else works on the car from what I saw, radio, lights, remote keyless entry, climate control.
Any ideas on what might have gone wrong inside my car?

When you replace an ECM in these cars, you have to go in with a Tech 2 and reset the immobilizer code or the car wont start. You might get it two once or twice and that'll be it.
Your turn signal issue could be a problem in DICE, it could also be an issue with your ignition switch, one of the pins could be bad.2011 Saab 9-3 Aero XWD Performance by Hirsch "Wolffe"

I got the ECM from JZW Tuning, who programmed it with my VIN and immobilizer code. I just got the car towed to a Saab specialist nearby. I'll update the thread when the car is fixed.
