CD player/changer

Hi.
A few days ago we bought privately a 05reg facelift Saab 9-5 Aero auto Estate.It has the CD changer/player above the radio, and there is a CD in the slot that wont eject or load, all efforts to try and ease it out have failed so I was wondering if any of you had a remedy for this situation.

Were you able to get the CD out? It doesn't seem to be a very common problem so not many troubleshooting ideas either.

Thanks for replying Frank. The problem has been sorted and its now working fine - even though I still don't know what the problem was in the first place - but I do know that it cost me £120. to have it done ! and what a car this is, wow.
