xenon troubles

So I have been driving my car with dipped headlights for a while now. when I went to local dealer I was told that both front and back sensors were reading open. is that the only reason for headlight leveling to fail? would faulty control module/ballast cause this?
Still on lookout for sensors. everywhere I checked they are on long term backorder

Usually it's just the front that goes bad unless you hit something with them....

Try used and ebay for them. I got a used one for a friend once - before they were on backorder and it worked fine. Usually they fail from an impact from driving.

have you called Goldwing (overpriced used....)

I haven't. would you happen to have their contact information handy by any chance? eeuroparts gave me website address as goldwing.com but for some reason I can't seem to reach that.
