Check engine light: P1110

I got a check engine light the other day and code was P1110. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about fixing it? If you got pictures or flowmap I would really appreciate it.

Check hoses to the solenoid valve on the bulk head - USUALLY a hose has fallen off (and are due for replacement) but if that all checks out good - use a VAC gauge and apply vac to your turbo by-pass valve and see if it hold 15PSI for 15 seconds - if not, you need a new one.
